Educational Qualification:
A Degree of M.A., Labour Management (formerly known as MLM) awarded by the Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies, Chennai.
OR Any Degree
AND
A Degree or Diploma in Social Work or Social Science or Labour Relations or Social Welfare OR A Diploma in Labour Laws awarded by the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi OR A Diploma in Labour Laws and Administrative Laws OR A Degree in Law OR Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Administration awarded by the Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies. OR A Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare awarded by the Madras Productivity Council or Coimbatore Productivity Council. OR Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations awarded by the Madurai Institute of Social Work, Madurai. OR M.A. Degree in Work Education awarded by the University of Madras.
Candidate should possess adequate knowledge in Tamil.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01.07.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.56100-177500/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms. No maximum age limit for candidates belonging to SC/ SC(A)/ ST/ MBC/ DC/ BC(OMBC)/ BCM/ DW.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and Oral Test. Examinations will be held on 29/04/2018 at the following centre: Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Tiruchirappalli and Tirunelveli.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.200/- as Examination fee and One Time Registration fee of Rs.150/-. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/SC(A)/ST/PWD/DW/MBC/DC/BC(OBCM)/BCM/EX-SERVICEMEN CANDIDATES.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) — www.tnpsc.gov.in (See Application form’s link given below) on or before 11/02/2018.
Candidates will have to first Register themselves in One Time Registration by paying a registration fee of Rs.150/-. Candidates who have already registered themselves before are exempted from paying Rs.150/-.
Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
