Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) is inviting application from the eligible candidates for various posts in different Departments under Govt. of Tripura, viz. – Research Officer, Veterinary Officer, Development Officer and Etc. TRIPURA PSC INVITES APPLICATION FOR 91 RESEARCH OFFICER, VETERINARY OFFICER, DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, ETC. LAST DATE – 08.01.2015

 

1. Sr. Research Officer (Group A): 1 (UR)
Qualification: Master’s degree in any one of the following discipline – Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics/ Sociology AND 5yrs experience teaching/statistical field work. Knowledge of Bengali is desirable.
Pay Scale: Rs.13575—37000/- and Grade Pay: Rs.4500/-

 

2. Veterinary Officer (Group B): 74 (SC-13, ST-24 and UR-37)
Qualification: Degree in Veterinary Science
Pay Scale: Rs.9570—30,000/- and Grade Pay: Rs.3500/-

 

3. Panchayat Resource Development Officer (PRDO), Legal Affairs (Group B): 4 (SC-1, ST-1 and UR-2)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law. Knowledge in Panchayat Act and Rules is desirable. Experience in legal affairs is preferable.
Pay Scale: Rs.9570—30,000/- and Grade Pay: Rs.3100/-

 

4. Panchayat Resource Development Officer (PRDO), Financial Management (Group B):: 4 (SC-1, ST-1 and UR-2)
Qualification: M.Com/ MBA with specialization in Financial Management. Knowledge in Computer Application is preferred.
Pay Scale: Rs.9570—30,000/- and Grade Pay: Rs.3100/

 

5. Panchayat Resource Development Officer (PRDO), Rural Development (Group B):: 4 (SC-1; ST-1; UR-2)
Qualification: Master’s degree in Rural Management and Development. Experience in RD works in Tripura is preferable.
Pay Scale: Rs.9570—30,000/- and Grade Pay: Rs.3100/

 

6. Panchayat Resource Development Officer (PRDO), Computer (Group B):: 4 (SC-1; ST-1; UR-2)
Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering/MCA/M.Sc.(Computer Science). Practical knowledge (6 months) in Computer is desirable.
Pay Scale: Rs.9570—30,000/- and Grade Pay: Rs.3100/

 

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 08.01.2015. Upper age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and 10 years for PWD candidates. Relaxation for Ex-servicemen will be as per govt.norms.

The duly filled Application form must be enclosed with attested copies of testimonials in support of eligibility (See PDF below for enclosures list)
Candidates must also enclose one self-addressed envelope bearing postage stamp of Rs.5/-, with the Application form.

 

Application Fee: Rs.200/- for Group – A posts, Rs.150/- for Group – B posts and Rs.100/- for Group – C posts.
For SC/ST, BPL Card Holder and PWD candidates the Application Fee is as follows — Rs.150/- for Group – A posts, Rs.100/- for Group – B posts and Rs.50/- for Group – C posts.
Fee can be paid through State Bank of India by depositing the amount in the Commission’s account. See officially released advertisement for more details.
Note: SC/ST candidates of Other States (i.e. except Tripura) should apply as General candidates and shall pay fee in full. See officially released advertisement for more details.

 

Last Date and Address: Candidates must submit their duly filled application at the Reception Counter of the TPSC Secretariat by 5.00 PM of the closing date (08.01.2015). OR candidates may send their application by Post along with a self-addressed Post-card indicating the Advertisement No. and name of the post applied for to – The Secretary, Tripura Public Service Commission, so as to reach on or before 08/01/2015.
