District of the Burdwan under Stream-I project of RKVY, is recruiting 30 Nos. “Volunteers” purely of contractual basis for the following blocks under the project “Disease and Pestilence Warning System”. Blocks – Burdwan Sadar, Ausgram-I, Ausgram-II, Bhatar, Galsi-I, Galsi-II, Jamalpur, Khandaghosh, Raina-I, Raina-II, Memari-I, Memari-II, Kalna-I, Monteswar and Mongalkote. Candidates may apply on prescribed format. Qualification norms in brief is given below –
VOLUNTEERS: 30 Nos. (2 posts in each below given blocks of District- Burdwan)
Engagement will be on purely contractual basis at 2 Nos. for each of the following blocks under the project “Disease and Pestilence Warning System” in the district of the Burdwan under Stream-I project of RKVY.
Blocks:—
(1). Burdwan Sadar, (2) Ausgram-I, (3) Ausgram-II, (4) Bhatar, (5) Galsi-I, (6) Galsi-II, (7) Jamalpur, (8) Khandaghosh, (9) Raina-I, (10) Raina-II, (11) Memari-I, (12) Memari-II, (13) Kalna-I, (14) Monteswar and (15) Mongalkote.
Qualification Required: Higher Secondary pass with Biology/ Vocational Agriculture. Basis knowledge in Computer and Internet is desirable.
Preference will be given to the Local youth of the selected blocks having agricultural back ground as well as capable of riding cycle extensively within project site.
Candidates must have their own Mobile phone.
Age Limits: between 18yrs to 25yrs as on – 01/01/2013. Candidates must have sound physical health.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.5000/- per month.
The engagement to the posts were purely on contractual basis for a period of 6 months. Selection of the candidates will be made through Interview.
Service of the volunteers will be utilized under the supervision and control of the Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) as to be assigned by the respective PIAs (BCKV).
How to Apply: Application form will be available in free of cost from the office of the Assistant Director of Agriculture of the concerned block in any working day between 11 AM to 4 PM from 01/01/2013 and submit the filled up application form with requisite documents in the same office in any working days between 11 AM to 4 PM against the receipt of submission.
Last Date of Application: Application form with requisite documents must be submitted on or before 18th January 2013 (4 PM).
Date of Interview will be announced in due course.
