IMMUNIZATION VOLUNTEER
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-02, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and Diploma/Certificate course in computer Application of six months or more with operating knowledge of Windows XP/7 or higher, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access and Internet.
Experience: At least two years experience in health or health related activities.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Remuneration: Rs.500/- per day basis.
Note: Candidates must be a permanent resident of any ward area under Kolkata Municipal Corporation and Must have a Valid Licence for Two wheeler and own functioning motor cycle.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Academic qualification, Work experience, Computer Test, Written Test and Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- (Rs.50/- for reserved category) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favor of West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti, payable at Service Branch, Kolkata.
