- JUNIOR PRINTER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized Board or Industrial Training Institutes (I.T.I.)
Diploma with Textile Printing or Screen Printing or Fabric Printing or Block Printing trade.
Experience: Five years’ experience.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on last date of application.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 with Grade pay Rs.2400/-
- CARPENTER
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: (i) Matriculation from a recognized Board; or Industrial Training Institutes (I.T.I.) Diploma with Carpentry Trade or its equivalent.
(ii) Must be professional Carpenter with three years experience in Carpentry and Loom setting.
Desirable : – Professional experience in carpentry work in connection with handloom
weaving shed and loom setting.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on last date of application.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 with Grade pay Rs.1900/-
- ATTENDANT (PROCESSING)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: (i) Matriculation from a recognized Board or Industrial Training Institutes (I.T.I.)
Diploma in Textile Dyeing or Printing or Fabric Printing or Screen Printing trade.
Experience: Two years experience
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on last date of application.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200- Rs.20200 with Grade pay Rs. 1800/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written and Practical test. The following post are on Direct Recruitment basis under the Office of the Development Commissioner for Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles.
