Educational Qualification (For all above posts): Graduate in Commerce & Basic Computer Knowledge (minimum 06 months duration course covering MS Office and Internet)

An Applicant must have Bengali as 1st/ 2nd Language in the 10th /12th Standard Examination. If any Applicant does not have Bengali as 1st/2nd Language in the 10th /12th Standard Examination, he/she will have to appear in a Bengali Proficiency Test at the time of Interview/ Viva Voce Test.

 

Age Limit: 18 years to 40 years as on 01/01/2015. Upper Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC candidates

 

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.160/- (including processing fees) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST CANDIDATES OF WEST BENGAL.

 

Candidates Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination which will be Multiple Choice Type question and Interview/ Viva voce test. Call Letters for Interview/ Viva Voce Test will be sent to the eligible candidates by speed post.

Applicants will be required to scan and upload their – (1) Passport-sized Photograph, (2) Signature, (3) Left Thumb Impression, (4) Admit Card /Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent Examination (10thstandard), (5) Caste Certificate (if applicable) at the time of submission of application.

Candidates can apply for all or any of the posts of the following Institutions (indicating preferences) by submission of only one application form. Do not submit more than one online Application form.

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future references. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/DOCUMENTS TO THE COMMISSION AT THIS STAGE.

Note: Candidates having difficulties while applying online or if have no access to internet then he/she may take help of authorized Tathya Mitra Kendras, set up by the Govt. of WB down to the level of Gram Panchayats in the State of West Bengal. Tathya Mitra Kendras will charge Rs.20/- as service charge.
