PANCHAYAT ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 164 Nos. (UR-84, SC-36, ST-10, BC-29, PH-05)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
Candidates must have ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for those candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali)
Desirable: Diploma in Computer Applications
Age Limit: Not more than 32 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.7,100/- Rs.37,600/- and Grade Pay of Rs.3,600/- plus other allowances.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Note: Candidates belonging to Reserved categories of other states will be treated as General Candidates.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Panchayat Accounts and Audit Officer (Special) Recruitment Examination, 2016 (Conventional Type) and Personality Test. Examination will be held at Kolkata centre only in the month of February, 2017.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.160/- as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST/PWD OF WEST BENGAL CANDIDATES.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of West Bengal Public Service Commission (PSCWB) — www.pscwbonline.gov.in (See Application form’s link given below) from dated 30.11. 2016 to 20.12.2016 EXTENDED TO 18.01.2017
Candidates have to first go for “One Time Registration” (link available on top of the left panel in home page of the website www.pscwbonline.gov.in) and fill up all the required data and upload scanned photo and signature to get User ID and Password. However, those candidates who have earlier registered themselves with PSC, West Bengal need not to do registration again. They can use their previous User Id and Password for login into their respective Dashboards.
Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.

this link does not show the application form of psc panchayat accounts and audit officer. Plz help me about this problem as soon as possible.
