1. SENIOR MANAGER (PERSONNEL)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: MBA/ PGDM in Personnel/ HR/ Industrial Relation from recognized Institute OR Master’s/ Post Graduation in Social Welfare/ Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: i) Should have at least 08 years’ post qualification relevant Industry experience.
ii) Knowledge and experience in SAP & implementation of SAP HR Modules will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 31.05.2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.67,700/- to 2,08,700/-
2. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (ELECTRICAL)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from recognized University or Institute.
Experience: i) Should have 12 years post qualification experience.
ii) Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in open cast and underground mining equipment with PLC Based control system and having Supervisory Certificate of Competency applicable to mines.
Age Limit: Maximum 44 years as on 31.05.2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.78,800/- to 2,09,200/-
3. MANAGER (ELECTRICAL)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from recognized University or Institute.
Experience: i) Should have 04 years post qualification experience.
ii) Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in open cast and underground mining equipment with PLC Based control system and having Supervisory Certificate of Competency applicable to mines.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years as on 31.05.2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.67,700/- to 2,08,700/-
The selected candidates will be kept under Probation for a period of one year.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of Qualification, Experience and Personal Interview. Weightage will be given to the candidates having higher qualification and/or relevant industry experience.
