CSIR-Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research (CIMFR) is recruiting eligible candidates for 13 posts of Project Assistant Level-I/ Level-II/ Level-III. The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis initially for a period of One year, which may also be extended upto completion of project period or maximum 05 (five) years. The vacancies are under different projects. CSIR-CENTRAL INSTITUTE OF MINING AND FUEL RESEARCH (CIMFR) WILL CONDUCT WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR 13 POSTS OF PROJECT ASSISTANT LEVEL-I/ LEVEL-II/ LEVEL-III. WALK-IN DATE — From 29/05/2019 to 03/06/2019
1. PROJECT ASSISTANT LEVEL-I
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) B.Sc/ B.Sc (H) in Geology/ Diploma in Mining with minimum 55% marks.
OR
ii) (a) Diploma in Computer Science with minimum 55% marks.
(b) Experience programming/ software development is desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15,000/- per month.
2. PROJECT ASSISTANT LEVEL-II
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
OR
ii) (a) B.E/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with minimum 55% marks OR M.Sc/ M.Sc (Tech) in Geology/ Applied Geology with minimum 55% marks.
(b) Knowledge of flow through porous media and CFD modelling is desirable.
OR
iii) (a) B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering/ IT/ Environmental Science with minimum 55% marks.
(b) Experience in Soil and Water analysis/ programming is desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
3. PROJECT ASSISTANT LEVEL-III
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) (a) M.Tech/ M.E in Mining/ Tunneling & UST with minimum 55% marks otherwise B.Tech/ B.E with minimum 55% marks and 02 years experience in Mining OR M.Sc/ M.Sc (Tech) with minimum 55% marks and 02 years experience in Geology/ Applied Geology.
(b) Experience in relevant field/ project is desirable.
OR
ii) M.Sc/ M.Sc (Tech) with minimum 55% marks and 02 years experience OR M.Tech in Applied Geophysics with minimum 55% marks.
OR
iiii) (a) B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering/ IT/ Environmental Science/ MCA, with minimum 55% marks and 02 years experience OR M.E/ M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering/ IT with minimum 55% marks.
(b) Two years experienced in Soil and water analysis/ programming.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.28,000/- per month.
Note: Candidates who have acquired 04 years of experience in Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research (CIMFR) or any other CSIR Laboratories/ Institute, are not eligible to appear in Interview.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
