Educational Qualification:
i) Passed Engineering Degree course in relevant stream.
ii) Candidates who are in the final year of Engineering Degree course are eligible to apply.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 27 years as on 01/01/2020.
Stipend: Rs. 56,100/- per month.
Only unmarried Male candidates are eligible to apply. The course is commencing in January, 2020.
The selected candidates will be undergo 49 weeks Training at Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — Minimum 157.5 cms. For more details please see the Official Advt.
Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/ Chest’s measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through SSB Interview. The Interview will be held at one of the selection centres namely Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bangalore (Karnataka) and Kapurthala (Punjab).
