3. ASSISTANT MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 100 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate with minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
ii) Two years full time MBA/ MMS/ PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM in any discipline from a recognized university/ institute/ board with minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
iii) Should have Computer skills.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 28 years as on 01.01.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.32815-61670/-
The selected candidates will be on Probation for a period of six (06) months except for the post of Assistant Manager.
For the post of Assistant Manager, candidates will be on Training for a period of one year and after successful completion of the training period there will be a probation period of one year. Candidates will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs.25,000/- per month during the training period.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Examination and Interview. The Online Examination will be held tentatively on 06/10/2018 or 07/10/2018. The examination will be held at various centres across India.
