NATIONAL HEALTH MISSION (NHM) ASSAM INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 400 POSTS OF SURVEILLANCE WORKER. LAST DATE — 16/02/2019
SURVEILLANCE WORKER
No. of Vacancies: 400 Nos.
Educational Qualification:
i) 10+2/ HSSLC or equivalent from recognized Institution.
ii) Experience in Health Sector, preferably in Field Surveillance Work of NVBDCP & other related programme.
iii) Weightage will be given to candidates having previous work experience of similar nature in the Health & Family Welfare Department of Assam.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 44 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 15,000/- per month.
The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis under State Support at National Health Mission (NHM) Assam.
The selected candidates will be posted at various districts of Assam.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC/MOBC and 10 years for PWD category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of marks obtained in Academic Qualification, Experience and Skill Test.
