GUJARAT PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (GUJARAT PSC) INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 412 POSTS OF DEPUTY SECTION OFFICER AND DEPUTY MAMLATDAR. LAST DATE — 01/10/2018
NAME OF THE POSTS AND VACANCIES:
1. Deputy Section Officer (Secretariat Department): 187 posts (Gen-123, SC-08. ST-17, SEBC-39. Out of the total posts, 31 posts are reserved for PWD and 18 posts for Ex-servicemen).
2. Deputy Section Officer (Gujarat Public Service Commission): 19 posts (Gen-10, ST-08, SEBC-01. Out of the total posts, 02 posts are reserved for PWD and 02 posts for Ex-servicemen).
3. Deputy Section Officer (Gujarat Legislature Secretarial): 06 posts (Gen-03, SC-01, ST-02)
4. Deputy Mamlatdar (Revenue Department): 200 posts (Gen-102, SC-14, ST-30, SEBC-54. Out of the total posts, 06 posts are reserved for PWD and 20 posts for Ex-servicemen).
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s degree from any recognized University/ Institution.
ii) Basic knowledge of Computer Application.
iii) Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati and / or Hindi.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years but below 35 years as on 01/10/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.38,090/- initially.
The vacancies are under Secretariat Departments, Gujarat Public Service Commission, Gujarat Legislature Secretarial & Revenue Deparment.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Combined Screening Test and Main Written Examination. Combined Screening Test will be held on 16/12/2018. The mains written examination will be held on 27/04/2019 & 28/04/2019.
