I. PANCHAYAT SAMITI LEVEL POSTS

1. BLOCK INFORMATICS OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application or Bachelor’s Degree (Hon’s) in Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree in any stream with “A” level certificate course of DOEACC.
Provided that candidates with qualification of “B” Level Or “C” Level Certificate course of DOECC with 03 years Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Tele-Communication shall also be considered, or Bachelor in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Computer Science and Engineering, B.Tech. (IT) and B.Sc. (IT) by Distance Education Programmes from any recognized University or from any recognized Open university or B.Eor B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, or B.Sc in Computer Science or Master/ Bachelor in Computer Science or B.Sc.in General Stream Course and M.Sc. (IT) from a recognized University/ Institution.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.

2. SAMITI EDUCATION OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree with Post Graduate B.Ed. Degree or Graduate Degree with 03 years of experience of teaching in Primary or Secondary School or Graduate Degree with 03 years of experience of working in Govt. Sponsored alternative system of Education or Graduate Degree with 03 years of experience in management of Education.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.7100 – Rs.37600/-

 

II.  FOR GRAM PANCHAYAT LEVEL

3. NIRMAN SAHAYAK OF GRAM PANCHAYAT
No. of Vacancies: 24 Nos. (UR-07, SC-07, ST-05, OBC-05)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized Institute.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.9000 – Rs.40500/-

 

4. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT OF GRAM PANCHAYAT
No. of Vacancies: 09 Nos. (UR-04, SC-03, ST-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
ii) Diploma in Computer Application from any recognized Institute.
Desirable: i) Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Work or Rural Development from any recognized Institute or University.
ii) Experience in Social Work or Rural development.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.7100 – Rs.37600/-

 

5. SECRETARY OF GRAM PANCHAYAT
No. of Vacancies: 26 Nos. (UR-15, SC-05, ST-02, OBC-04)
Educational Qualification: Must have passed Higher Secondary Examination from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or University.
Desirable: Six months of formal training in using Personal Computer from a recognized Institution.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400 – Rs.25200/-

 

The vacancies are at Gram Panchayat and Panchayat Samiti level under Malda district. The candidates will initially be appointed on Temporary basis.

Reserved Category candidates from the States other than West Bengal shall be treated as General Category candidates.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Computer Test and Viva Voce Test wherever applicable.
