1. CONSTABLE (EXECUTIVE)
No. of Vacancies: 60 Nos. (Gen-38, OBC-22)
Educational Qualification: 10+2 Pass from a recognized Board/ University.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-25 years for male and 30 years for Female as on 04/10/2017. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay Rs.2000/-
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 168 cm; Chest (unexpanded) — 81 cm; Chest (expanded) — 85 cm; Weight — 50 kgs
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 155 cm; Weight — 45 kgs
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination, Physical Edurance Test and Medical Test.
Written Examination will be held at Port Blair and Physical Endurance Test will be held at Port Blair, Mayabunder, Car Nicobar, Nancowry and Campbell bay.

One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and the other copy is to be send along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), at the below given address so as to reach on or before 13/10/2017
