1. CATEGORY-I GRADUATE APPRENTICES

Discipline wise vacancies:
i) Electrical Engg.:12 posts
ii) Mechanical Engg.: 27 posts
iii) Electronics Engg.: 06 posts
iv) Civil Engg.: 12 posts
v) Computer Science/Computer Application or Information Technology: 08 posts
vi) Safety Engg.: 03 posts

Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a Statutory University in relevant discipline.
Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline.
Graduate examination of Professional bodies recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Age Limit: As per Apprenticeship Rules.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.8,000/- per month.
2. CATEGORY – II TECHNICIAN (DIPLOMA) APPRENTICES
No. of Vacancies: 100 Nos.
Discipline wise vacancies:
i) Electrical Engg.: 22 posts
ii) Mechanical Engg.: 28 posts
iii) Electronics Engg.: 08 posts
iv) Instrumentation Engg.: 07 posts

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline.
Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in relevant discipline.
Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Age Limit: As per Apprenticeship Rules.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.7,000/- per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualification as applicable to the respective disciplines.
