No. of Vacancies: 161 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Class 10th passed or equivalent with English, Mathematics and General Science as subjects.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 01/01/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.25,500- 81,100/-
- HEAD-CONSTABLE (RT)
No. of Vacancies: 17 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) For Non-APST: 12th passed or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects.
ii) For APST: 10th passed or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects.
Desirable: Diploma holder in Radio Telecommunication and Electronics.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on 01/01/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.25,500- 81,100/-
- HEAD-CONSTABLE (TELECOM) – SPECIAL RECRUITMENT FOR TIRAP, CHANGLANG AND LONGDING DISTRICTS IN CIVIL POLICE- 2018.
No. of Vacancies: 48 Nos.
District wise vacancies:
i) Tirap: 12 posts
ii) Longding: 15 posts
iii) Changlang: 21 posts
Educational Qualification:i) Class 10th passed or equivalent with English, Mathematics and General Science as subjects.
ii) Candidate must be permanent resident of concerned district.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 01/01/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.25,500- 81,100/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for ASPT candidates. For Ex-Serviceman as per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards (For all above posts):
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 165 cm (160 cm for APST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 79 cm; Chest (expanded) — 84 cm
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 157 cm (152 cm for APST candidates)
(iii) For Male/ Female APST candidate of Changlang/ Tirap/ Longding: Height — 152 cm.
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: The selection of candidates will be through Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Examination and Medical Examination. PST/ PET for the posts at SL. No. 1 & 2 will be held at PTC Banderdewa or at General Ground 1st AAP BN Chimpu.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.40/- (Rs.10/- for APST) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Treasury Challan drawn in favour of Assistant Inspector General of Police (E), PHQ, Itanagar.
