SUB-INSPECTOR (UN-ARMED BRANCH) – 306 Posts
Educational Qualification: The candidate must be a graduate in Arts, Science, Commerce, or equivalent stream from a recognized College / Institutions affiliated to a recognized University.
Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam and must have registered his/her name with a local Employment Exchange in Assam.
Candidates must meet the prescribed Physical Standards. See detailed notification (link given below).
Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): Candidate should not be more than 26 years and less than 20 years of age as on 1st July 2021.
Recruitment rallies will be conducted in the districts of Assam for filling up of 705 vacant posts of Constable of Unarmed Branch of District Executive Force and 1429 posts of constables of Armed Branch.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be through Written Exam. Candidates will have to undergo the Physical Standards Tests (PST) and Physical Efficiency Tests (PET).
