Eligibility Criteria for Assam PSC Recruitment 2024
The eligibility criteria for Assam PSC Recruitment 2024 outline the requirements for applicants. These typically include factors such as age, education level, and citizenship. Candidates must meet these criteria to be considered for the job.
- Service Requirement: Candidates must be Accounts Officers/Deputy Accounts Officers of the Assam Accounts Service, Audit Officers of the Assam Local Fund Audit Service, or members of the Assam Treasury (Estt.) Service with at least 5 years of service.
- Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the age of 50 as of 01 January 2024.
- Educational Qualification: A Graduate from a recognized university.

- SC/ST/OBC/MOBC including Ex-servicemen candidates of the respective categories: Rs. 197.20
- BPL: Rs. 47.20

Exam Details
- Paper I: General Accounts (With Books) – 150 marks
- Paper II: Fundamental Rules, Subsidiary Rules, Financial Rules, and Treasury Rules (Without Books) – 150 marks
- Paper III: Commercial Book Keeping (Without Books) – 150 marks
- Paper IV: Constitution of India and Public Finance (Without Books) – 150 marks
- Minimum Passing Marks: Each paper requires a minimum of 70 marks to pass.
