ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN

Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Library Science or Bachelor Degree in Library Science with 03 years experience as Library Attendant or above and also having 03 years experience only for the candidates possessing only Bachelor Degree in Library Science whereas there will be no requirement of any experience in the case of candidates possessing Master’s degree in Library Science.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 45 years as on 01.01.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.10300- 34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.3200/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Screening/ Written Test/ Interview.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.300/- as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Fee Challan can be downloaded from the official website of High Court of Himachal Pradesh. See released advertisement for more details.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of High Court of Himachal Pradesh — http://hphighcourt.nic.in (See Application form’s link given below) on or before 03.10.2018.
Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
NOTE: After successful submission of Online Application, candidates should send the duly filled-up and signed Acknowledgement Form (see the Official Advt.) along with Fee Payment Receipt to The Registrar General, High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla – 171001, on or before 03.10.2018 through Registered Post / Speed post with “Name of the post” superscribed on top of the envelope. Candidates are not required to send hard copy of Online Application.
