The interested candidates willing to join the bank as Assistant Manager may apply for admission to Manipal School of Banking, Bengaluru for 01 years Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) comprising of 09 months of classroom studies at Manipal Global Education Services Private Limited (MGES), Bengaluru and 03 months Internship at IDBI Bank’s Branches..
No. of Vacancies: 600 Nos. (UR-273, SC-90, ST-45, EWS-30, OBC-162. Out of which, 24 posts are reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification:
i) Graduation from a recognised University.
ii) Candidates should have proficiency in Computers.
Candidates who are in the final year of their Graduation/ Semester may also apply.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 28 years as on 01/06/2019. Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Stipend (during training):Â During the training period (09 months) candidates will be paid Rs.2,500/- per month and during the Internship period (03 months) Rs.10,000/- per month as Stipend. After successful completion of course and joining the bank as Assistant Manager, the candidates will be placed in pay scale:Â Rs.23700- 42020/- per month.
Initial appointment for the post of Assistant Manager will be on Probation for a period of one year.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Test followed by Personal Interview. The tentative date of Online Test is 21/07/2019Â 28/07/2019. The Online Test will be held at various centres across India. For details please see the Official Advt.
