Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (DMRC) is recruiting 12 persons for the post of – “Assistant Manager (Operations)” and “Assistant Manager (Stores/ Material Management)” for Operations/ Stores/ Legal & Human Resource Department of DMRC. 1. Assistant Manager (Operations): 7 Nos. (Gen—5; OBC—1; SC—1)
Qualification: MBA (2yrs full time) with specialization in Marketing/ International Business Operations/ Logistics
OR
B.E/ B.Tech in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics with minimum 75% marks.
2. Assistant Manager (Stores/ Material Management): 1 Nos. (General)
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics with minimum 75% of marks.
3. Assistant Manager (Human Resources): 2 Nos. (Gen—1; OBC—1)
Qualification: MBA (HR) or equivalent with first division.
Age limits (for all above posts): Candidates should be within 28yrs old as on 01/07/2012. Age relaxation for OBC—3yrs; SC/St—5yrs.
Preferable (For all above posts): Preference will be given to the candidates who have minimum working experience of 6 months in relative field.
Selection Steps: Selection will be through Written Examination and Interview. The Written Test will be of Multiple Choice Objective Questions on – General Awareness, English, Logical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and knowledge of the discipline concerned. There will be a total of 120 questions, each carrying equal marks. There will be no negative marking.
Qualified candidates from Written test will be only called for Interview. The Interview will be in 3 stages — (i) Paragraph Writing (on any two topics related to the discipline/general topic), (ii) Interview and (iii) Group Discussion.
Finally selected candidates will go for medical examination for fitness test as per the fixed medical standards of DMRC.
Written Test will be conducted on 26th August 2012. The shortlist of eligible candidates will be available on the official website of DMRC on 17/08/12 by 5 PM along with details like venue, time and etc.
Application Fee: Candidates should prepare a Demand Draft of Rs.325 (Rs.75 in case of SC/ST candidates) in favour of DELHI METRO RAIL CORPORATION LIMITED, payable at New Delhi. On the reverse of DD, candidates should mention their name and address.
