Educational Qualification:
- B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc ( Engg. 4 years) Electronics/Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication/Electronics &
Telecommunication/Electrical and Electronics/ Electrical/Communication/Mechanical/ Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Science Engineering / Information Science/ Information Technology.
Upper Age Limit:
- The upper age limit is 32 years as of 01.02.2023.
Engagement and Pay Scale:
- For the Vizag location (52 posts) the duration is for 2 years the candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- and Rs. 45,000/- during the 1st and 2nd year of the contract. For New Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Bangalore locations (58 posts) the initial duration is for 3 years which can be extended up to one more year (total 4 years duration) based on project requirements and individual performance. The Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- Rs. 45,000/- Rs. 50,000/- and Rs. 55,000/-during the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year of the 0contract respectively.
- However, if any candidate has completed three years of tenure as a Trainee Engineer in BEL and has applied for the Project Engineer post he/she will be directly inducted as Project Engineer–II. The remuneration of such candidates will be Rs.45.000/- for the 1st year, Rs. 50,000/- for the 2nd year, and Rs.55,000/- for the 3rd year. The overall tenure will be limited to 3 years only.
Selection Process:
- The Mode of Selection shall be through WALK-IN SELECTION at 3 Centres- Jammu, Ranchi, and Guwahati. Interested Candidates may clearly choose the location they would like to attend the Walk selections in the online application link (Google form) appended to this advertisement. The detailed venue and address of the 3 locations where the Walk will be held will be published in the BEL website career section along with the list of candidates who meet all the criteria as laid in the advertisement. The Walk location may change in case the number of applicants is less for that particular location.

- Proof of Identity- Aadhar/Voter ID/Driving license/Any other Govt. approved identity document.
- Two copies of the recent passport-size photograph.
- Post qualification experience certificate/s from previous/current employer. Where a current employment certificate has not been produced the offer of current employment, the latest pay slip, and employee ID proof should be compulsorily attached.
- Candidates if working in PSUs/ Govt. organizations should compulsorily submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of application or Written Test.
