1. SENIOR TREATMENT SUPERVISOR (STS) (RNTCP)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor Degree OR Recognized Sanitary Inspector’s Course.
ii) Certificate course in Computer Operation (Minimum two months)
iii) Permanent two wheeler license and should be able to drive two wheeler.
50% marks must be obtained from Madhymik onwards.
Preferential Qualification:
i) Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course.
ii) Govt.recognized degree /diploma in Social Work or Medical Social Work.
iii) Successful completion of basic training course for Multipurpose health works.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-40 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,720/- per month.
2. DISTRICT PMDT & TB HIV COORDINATOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate
ii) Certificate course in Computer Operation (Minimum two months)
iii) Permanent two wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two wheeler.
50% marks must be obtained from Madhyamik onwards.
Preferential Qualification:
i) At least two years work experience under RNTCP OR
Five years experience in any Public Health Programme in a Supervisory capacity.
ii) Good Communication in local language and willing to travel in the area of work.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-62 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18720/- per month.
3. TUBERCULOSIS HEALTH VISITOR (TBHV)

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate OR
ii) Intermediate (10+2) & experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health Work /Certificate or Higher Course in health education /counseling OR Tuberculosis Health visitor’s recognized course.
iii) Certificate Course in Computer Operation (Minimum two months).
Preferential Qualification: Training course for MPW or Recognized sanitary inspector course.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-62 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13560/- per month.
4. QUALITY MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing / Life Science /Social Science Graduate with master in Hospital Administration / Health Management with one year experience in Public Health / Hospital Administration.
Candidates with experience in Health Care Quality / formal quality system would be preferred.
Fluency in English, Computer literacy, Knowledge of government legislation and policies are essential.
Candidates must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.35,000/- per month.
5. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (NUHM)

Educational Qualification: i) Higher Secondary (Science Stream) passed with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics.
ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from West Bengal State Medical Faculty /AICTE recognized institute.
iii) Knowledge in Computer, MS Office and Internet is required.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9380/- per month.
6. PARA MEDICAL WORKER (NLEP)

Educational Qualification: i) High School / Higher Secondary Pass with Certificate of PMW Training
OR
i) Master of Social Work (MSW)/B.Sc with 03 years experience in Health Sector
Preferance:
i) Working knowledge of Computer
ii) Experience in Leprosy
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16000/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
