| Consultant (Accounts and Finance) | Retired from Central Government/State Government/Autonomous bodies/Statutory bodies from posts such as Assistant Section Officer/Section Officer/Under Secretary/Deputy Director or equivalent from Pay Level 7/8/10 or 11 of 7th CPC with finance experience. |
| Consultant (Legal) | Retired from Central Government/State Government/Autonomous bodies/Statutory bodies not below Pay Level – 08 or equivalent of 07th CPC with at least 5 years of experience in legal work, preferably in IT matters. |
| Consultant (Stores) | Retired from Central Government/State Government/Autonomous bodies/Statutory bodies from posts like Stores Officer/Stores Assistant/Section Officer/Assistant Section Officer or equivalent from Pay Level – 6 of 07th CPC or above with stores experience. |
