Steps to Download CIL MT Admit Card 2025

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the CIL official website at www.coalindia.in.
  2. Login to the Portal: Navigate to the “Career with CIL” section and click on the link for the MT recruitment.
  3. Enter Login Credentials: Use your User ID and Password to log in to the application portal.
  4. Enter Captcha: Type the characters shown in the Captcha image (case insensitive).
  5. Download Admit Card: Once logged in, click on the link to download the admit card. Ensure that all details on the admit card are correct.

  • The admit card will contain essential details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, time, and venue.
  • Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID to the examination center.
  • No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without the admit card.

Selection Process for CIL Management Trainee (MT) Recruitment 2025:

The selection process for the Coal India Limited (CIL) Management Trainee (MT) recruitment 2025 is based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT). Here are the key details of the selection process:

Computer-Based Test (CBT):

The selection will be based solely on the marks obtained in the CBT.

The CBT will consist of two papers:

  • Paper-I: General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and General English (100 marks).
  • Paper-II: Professional Knowledge (Discipline-related) (100 marks).

Each paper will have 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with each question carrying 1 mark.

There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

The question paper will be bilingual (English and Hindi). In case of any discrepancy, the English version will be considered valid.

Qualifying Marks:

General (UR) / EWS: Minimum 40 marks in each paper.

OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Minimum 35 marks in each paper.

SC / ST / PwD: Minimum 30 marks in each paper.

Final Merit List:

The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the CBT.

  • Candidates who meet the qualifying marks will be shortlisted and empaneled based on their merit.
  • Vacancies that remain unfilled due to non-reporting or non-joining will be filled from the balance category-wise shortlisted panel as per merit.

Document Verification (DV) & Initial Medical Examination (IME):

Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo Document Verification (DV) and Initial Medical Examination (IME).

  • Candidates must submit all necessary documents, including educational certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and experience certificates (for Security discipline).
  • Candidates working in Government/PSUs/Autonomous bodies must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer during DV.

Final Appointment:

Offer of appointment will be issued only after successful completion of DV and IME.

Selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond of ₹3 lakhs and serve the company for a minimum of 60 months.
