1. CIVIL JUDGE (JUNIOR DIVISION)-CUM-JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE
No. of Vacancies: 75 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Degree of Bachelor of Law of any recognized University or should be a Barrister of England or Ireland or member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland.
ii) Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 37 years as on 08/05/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 27,700- 44,770/-
Reserved Category candidates from the states other than Punjab shall be treated as General Candidates.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/BC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Viva Voce.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.3000/- (Rs.1125/- for SC/ST candidates of all States and BC category of Punjab State only, Rs.1750/- for PWD candidates of Punjab State only & Rs.500/- for Ex-Servicemen of Punjab state only) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Bank only by means of Fee Payment Challan. Fee Challan can be downloaded from the official website of Punjab Public Service Commission (Punjab PSC). Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and the other copy is to be send along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), at the below given address so as to reach on or before 23/05/2019 by 05:00 PM.
