1. JUNIOR CLERK-CUM-COPYIST
No. of Vacancies: 46 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 Examination or its equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board or University.
ii) Passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 15/06/2019.
Pay: Rs. 19,900/- per month.
2. JUNIOR TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 18 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 Examination or its equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board or University.
ii) Passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
iv) The candidates must possess a minimum speed of 40 wpm in Typewriting in English.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 15/06/2019.
Pay: Rs. 19,900/- per month.
3. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 11 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 Examination or its equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board or University.
ii) Passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
iv) The candidate must possess minimum speed of 80 wpm in shorthand and 40 wpm in typewriting in English.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 15/06/2019.
Pay: Rs. 25,500/- per month.
4. SALARIED AMIN
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Passed Matriculation Examination or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
ii) Passed the Revenue Inspector Training from a recognized Institution.
iii) Should have knowledge in Computer Application.
iv) Should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 15/06/2019.
Pay: Rs. 21,700/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Computer Test, Shorthand/ Type Writing Test and Viva-Voce wherever applicable.
