COMMUNITY HEALTH OFFICER (CHO)
No. of Vacancies: 2500 Nos.
Educational Qualification:
i) B.Sc Nursing from a recognized University/ Institution OR GNM Course from a recognized Institute.
ii) Candidates must have Rajasthan Nursing Council (RNC) registration certificate.
iii) Candidate must have basic knowledge of Computers and Internet uses.
Experience: Post qualification and post registration work experience of minimum 02 years in health sector (Nursing/ Clinical nature).
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15,000/- per month.
The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis for a period of One year or extended period or till project duration, whichever is earlier.
The selected candidates will initially undergo Six (06) months Bridge Course in Community Health at Sub Health Centres- Health & Wellness Centres (SHC-H&WCs). The candidates who successfully complete the course will be posted at Sub Health Centres as Community Health Officer (CHO).
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination and Document Verification.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.400/- (Rs.300/- for OBC (NCL)/ SC/ST and Rs.200/- for Specially Abled Person/ Widow/ Female Divorcee candidates) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
