COMPANY SECRETARY
Educational Qualification:
i) The candidate should have a Master of Commerce Degree with a good knowledge of accounting.
ii) Should be member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
iii) Should have a good command over the English language.
iv) Proficient in working with Personal computers and software programs such as MS Word and Excel.
Experience: Minimum 04 years experience of having worked as a Company Secretary/ Assistant Company Secretary of a Company.
Age Limit: Preferably under 40 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 50,000/- per month.
The candidate will be appointed on Contractual basis for a period of One year, which may be further extendable subject to the performance of the candidate.
The selected candidate will be posted at Delhi.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
