1. COMPANY SECRETARY
Educational Qualification: Associate/ Fellow membership in Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Experience:
i) Minimum 01-02 years post qualification experience.
ii) The candidates should have the experience in conducting meetings of Board of Directors, Annual General Meetings, etc.
iii) Well Knowledge in Companies Act.
iv) Experience in handling several audits like Secretarial Audit and other Statutory Audit.
v) Candidates should be capable of Liaison with ROC and others.
vi) Experience in preparation of Board Minutes.
vii) Candidates with experience in Govt/ Public/ Private Organization/ Secretarial Firms may be considered for the post.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.35000/- to Rs.40000/- per month.
