COMPANY SECRETARY
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
ii) Should be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India.
Experience: Should have 02/ 03/ 04/ 06 years experience as applicable. Please see the Official Advt. for more details.
Desirable:
i) Candidates having LLB or CA or MBA.
ii) Familiarity in the use of Computer Applications like MS Office, etc.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 15/02/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.50,000- 1,50,000/- or Rs.60,000- 1,80,000/-

The selected candidates will be on Probation for a period of two years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview. Written Examination may be conducted in case large number of applications are received. The Interview will be held at New Delhi.
