Delhi Police is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 65 posts of Constable (Executive). Male and Female candidates who are natives of the State of Sikkim are eligible to apply. CONSTABLE (EXECUTIVE)
Total Vacancies: 65 Nos.
i) Male: 44 posts (UR-07, Bhutia Lepcha-09, OBC-17, ST-06, SC-03, Primitive Tribe-02. Including 14 posts reserved for Home Guard).
ii) Female: 21 posts (UR-02, Bhutia Lepcha-04, OBC-08, ST-04, SC-02, Primitive Tribe-01. Including 06 posts reserved for Home Guard ).
Educational Qualification: 10+2 (Senior Secondary) passed from the recognized Board.
For Home Guard Candidates: Should have served as Home Guards for a minimum period of 03 years. For more details please see the Official Advt.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 21 years (25 years for Female) as on 01.07.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.2000/-.
Only candidates who are natives of the State of Sikkim (having Sikkim Subject/ Certificate of Identification only) are eligible to apply for the above post.
The vacancies are against special recruitment drive in North-Eastern States-2018 for the above post in Delhi Police.
Both Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply. The posts are Temporary in nature.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for BL/SC/ST/Primitive Tribe and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 165 cm; Chest (unexpanded) — 76 cm; Chest (expanded) — 80 cm
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 155 cm
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Measurement Test, Physical Endurance Test and Written Examination. The Test will be held at Gangtok, Sikkim.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs. 300/- as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Demand Draft/ Bank Draft/ Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of DCP/ Recruitment Cell, New Police Lines, Delhi, payable at Delhi. The candidate must also write their name, date of birth and address at the back of Demand/Bank Draft/ Banker’s cheque.
NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF BL/SC/ST/PRIMITIVE TRIBE, FEMALE AND EX-SERVICEMEN CANDIDATES.
