1. KALA AZAR TREATMENT SUPERVISOR (UNDER NVBDCP)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-01, ST-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Science Graduate from any recognized University with Biology as a paper.
ii) The candidate must have valid two wheeler permanent license.
iii) Expert in driving Motor Cycle.

Preferential Qualification: Resident will be preferable in Murshidabad district.
Age Limit: Minimum 50 years and maximum 65 years as on 01/12/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,720/- (Rs.10,000/- for Retired Govt. Employee) per month.

 

2. TUBERCULOSIS HEALTH VISITOR (TBHV)

Educational Qualification: i) Madhyamik, Higher Secondary and Graduation with at least 50% marks.
ii) Intermediate (10+2) and experience of working as MPW/ LHV/ ANM/ Health Worker/ Certificate course in Health Education/ Counseling.

iii) Tuberculosis Health Visitor recognized Course.
iv) Certificate course in Computer Operation of minimum six months duration.

Preferential Qualification: Training course of MPW/ recognized Sanitary Inspector’s course.

3. IMMUNIZATION VOLUNTEER FOR JANGIPUR SD

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate (B.Sc/ BA/ B.Com).
ii) Diploma/ Certificate of six months duration or more in Computer Application from any reputed Organization.

Preferential Qualification: i) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Jangipur sub-division.
ii) The candidate must have valid driving license for two wheelers.
