CRPF- Recruitment of 194 Sub-Inspector, ASI, HC & Constable in various Trades. Last Dt. 7/10/2014 (17/10/14)

Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is recruiting 194 Posts of Sub-Inspector (Staff Nurse/Radiographer) Assistant Sub-Inspector (Physiotherapist/Pharmacist/Laboratory Technician /Operation Theatre Technician and Dental Technician), Head Constable (Jr, X-ray Assistant/ Laboratory Assistant/ Air Conditioning Plant Technician/ Steward) and Constable (Ward Boy-Girl/ Masalchi and Cook) for CRPF. Candidates willing to apply for the vacancies shall submit prescribed format application form. Educational Qualification norms and brief details are given below:-

CRPF REQUIRES 194 SUB INSPECTOR, ASI, HEAD CONSTABLE, CONSTABLE IN VARIOUS TRADES. LAST DATE – 07/10/2014 (17/10/2014)

1. SUB INSPECTOR
Discipline wise vacancies are as follows:-
(i) Staff Nurse: 36 Nos. . (17 UR; 5 SC; 2 ST; 8 OBC and 4 Ex ser)
Educational Qualification: 12th pass with 3 ½ years course in General Nursing Midwifery. Candidates must be registered with Nursing Council of India.

(ii) Radiographer: 6 Nos. (2 UR; 1 SC and 3 OBC)
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass (Science) and Diploma or Certificate in same trade.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 to Rs.34800/-PM and Grade Pay: Rs.4200/-PM with other allowances.

Age limit (for all posts under SI): 18 to 33 as on 7.10.2014. The upper age limit is relaxation for SC/ST-5yrs, OBC-3yrs and Ex-Serviceman/Others -as per govt. norms.

 

ASSISTANT SUB INSPECTOR
Discipline wise vacancies as follows —
(i) Physiotherapist: 1 Nos.(1 UR)
Educational Qualification: 12th pass (Science) and Degree in same trade.

(ii) Pharmacist: 73 Nos. (36 UR; 9 SC; 4 ST; 17 OBC and 7 Ex ser)
Educational Qualification: 12th pass and Diploma (Two years)/ Degree in same trade.

(iii) Laboratory Technician: 6 Nos. (5 UR and 1 OBC)
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass with science and Diploma/Certificate in the trade.

(iv) Operation Theatre Technician: 1 Nos. (1 UR)
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass with science and Certificate in same trade.

(vii) Dental Technician: 6 Nos. (2 UR, 3 OBC and 1 ST)
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass with science and Two years of dental hygienist course.

Pay Scale (for above posts under ASI): Rs.5200 to Rs.20200/-PM and Grade Pay: Rs.2800/-PM with other allowances.

Age Limit (for all above posts under ASI): 20 to 25 as on 1.08.2014. The lower age limit is relaxation for SC/ST-5yrs, OBC-3yrs and Ex-Serviceman/Others -as per govt. norms.

 

3. HEAD CONSTABLE

Discipline wise vacancies are as follows:-
(i) Jr. X-ray Assistant: 4 Nos. (3 UR and 1 OBC)
Educational Qualification:10th Pass with science and Diploma/Certificate(two years) in Radio diagnosis.

(ii) Laboratory Assistant: 7 Nos. (5 UR, 1 OBC and 1 SC)
Educational Qualification:10th Pass with science and Certificate in same trade.

(iii) Air Conditioning Plant Technician: 1 Nos. (1UR)
Educational Qualification:10th Pass and Diploma in same trade.

(iv) Steward: 7 Nos. (5 UR and 2 OBC)
Educational Qualification:10th Pass and Diploma in Food and beverage Services.

Age Limit (for all above posts under Head Constable): 18 to 23 for Steward and 20 to 25 for rest of posts as on 1.08.2014. The lower age limit is relaxation for SC/ST-5yrs, OBC-3yrs and Ex-Serviceman/Others -as per govt. norms.

Pay Scale (for all posts under Head Constable): Rs.5200 to Rs.20200/-PM and Grade Pay: Rs.2400/-PM with other allowances.

 

CONSTABLE
(i) Ward Boy/Girl: 24 Nos. (13 UR, 5 OBC, 3 SC, 1 ST and 2 Ex Ser)
Educational Qualification:10th Pass and Certificate in First Aid.

(ii) Masalchi: 3 Nos. (3 UR)
Educational Qualification:10th Pass with 2years Exp in same trade.

(iii) Cook: 19 Nos. (10 UR, 4 OBC, 2 SC, 1 ST and 2 Ex Ser)
Educational Qualification:10th Pass with 2years Exp in same trade.

Pay Scale (For above posts under Constable) : Rs.5200 to Rs.20200/-PM and Grade Pay: Rs.2000/-PM with other allowances.

Age limit (For all above posts under Constable): 18-23 yrs as on 01.08.2014. The upper age limit is relaxation for SC/ST-5yrs, OBC-3yrs and Ex-Serviceman/Others -as per govt. norms.

 

Mode of Selection:-
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Physical Standards Test and Interview. Centre for written test will be intimated in due course.

Physical Standard:-
Candidates shall meet the following Physical Standards—
For Male Candidates: (I) Height— 170cms (ST 162.5 cms) (ii) Weight — as per medical standard (iii) Chest Measurement (Expanded)— 85cms (ST 81cms), (IV) Chest Measurement (Un-Expanded) —80cms (ST 76 cms), Eye—6/9 both eyes and Hearing —Normal.
For Female Candidates: (I) Height —157cms (ST 150 cms) (ii) Weight— per medical standard (iii) Chest Measurement— Not Applicable, Eye—6/9 both eyes and Hearing – Normal.

Note: The minimum height of candidates falling in the categories of Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the states of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh,
Kashmir and Leh & Laddakh regions of J&K shall be 165 Cms (for male) and 155 Cms (for female).

 

Physical Efficiency Test (PET):-
For Male Candidates: (i) Race 1 mile race in 7.5 min (ii) Long jump of 10 feet (3 chances) and (iii) High Jump of 3 feet (3 chances).
For Female Candidates: (i) Race 800 Mtr. Race in 6 min (ii) Long jump of 6 feet (3 chances) and (iii) High Jump of 2.5 feet (3 chances).

Note: No PET test will be conducted for the post of Constable (Ward Boy/Girl, Masalchi, and Cook) & Ex-Servicemen candidates.
