CSIR – Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine, Jammu, is inviting application from the young and dynamic candidates for the posts of “Technical Assistant” and “Technician” in Group-III and Group-II. CSIR- INDIAN INSTITUTE OF INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE INVITES APPLICATION FOR TECHNICIAN AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANT. LAST DATE – 26/11/2014.
1. Technical Assistant Group III – 1 post (ST)
Qualification: 1st Class B.Sc (Agriculture) with Agronomy/Plant Breeding as one of the Elective Subject and with one year full time Professional qualification or one year experience in the relevant discipline.
2. Technical Assistant Group III – 1 post (OBC)
Qualification: 1st class B.Sc. (Sci.) with Botany/Biotechnology as one of the Elective subjects and with one year full time Professional qualification or one year experience in the relevant discipline.
3. Technical Assistant Group III – 1 post (PWD)
Qualification: 1st class B.Sc. (Sci.) with Microbiology as one of the Elective Subjects and with one year full time Professional qualification or one year experience in the relevant discipline.
4. Technical Assistant Group III – 1 post [SC(PWD)]
Qualification: 1st Class B.Sc (Sci.) with B.Lib. Science.
5. Technician Group II – 1 post (PWD)
Qualification: SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks Plus ITI certificate in computer OR National /State trade certificate in computer OR 2 years full time experience as an apprentice training in Computer.
6. Technician Group-II: 1 post (ST)
Qualification: SSC/10th standard with Science Subjects with 55% marks Plus ITI certificate in Mechanical Trade.
7. Technician Group-II: 2 posts (ST—1; OBC—1)
Qualification: SSC/10th standard with Science Subjects with 55% marks Plus ITI certificate in Electrical trade
8. Technician Group-II: 2 posts (ST—1; OBC—1)
Qualification: SSC/10th standard with Science Subjects with 55% marks with 2 years full time experience as an apprentice training in the area of agriculture farming.
9. Technical Assistant Group III – 1 post [OBC(PWD)]
Qualification: 1st class B.Sc. (Sci.) with Chemistry as one of the elective subjects with one year full time Professional qualification or one year experience in the relevant discipline
10. Technical Assistant Group III – 1 post (SC)
Qualification: Ist Class Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Technology of at least 3 years fulltime duration or at least 2 years fulltime duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma Courses or its equivalent with experience of 2 years in the relevant area/field.
11. Technician Pharmacist Group II: 1 post (OBC)
Qualification: SSC/10th standard with science subjects with 55% marks Plus 2 years duration Diploma in Pharmacy
12. Technician Group-II: 1 post (ST)
Qualification: SSC/10th standard with science subjects with 55% marks Plus ITI certificate in Mechanical Trade
Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 28 years as on 26/11/2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; Widow/Divorced women/legally separated women – 05yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Domicile of J&K—05yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others, if any – As per Govt. norms..
Pay Scale:
For Technical Assistant Group III – Rs.9300—34800 with Grade Pay: Rs.4200/-
For Technician Group-II — Rs.5200—20200 with Grade Pay: Rs.1900/-
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply only on prescribed application format. Application must be accompanied by one self attested photograph, synopsis sheet duly filled in the prescribed format, attested photocopies of certificates and testimonials and names of five to eight references with their contact details etc.
The candidates who want to apply for more than one post may submit separate application form along with all requisite documents and demand draft.
Application Fee: Candidates must enclose a Demand Draft of Rs.100/- as Application Fee drawn in favor of Director, Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine, Jammu, payable at Jammu (Applicant should write his name and date of birth at the back of the DD). SC/ST/PH /Women Candidates and regular employees of CSIR are exempted from payment of application fee.
