ICMR-National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis (NIRT) is recruiting eligible candidates for 08 posts of Data Entry Operator- Grade B and Project Technician III (Field Worker/ Laboratory Technician). The vacancies are for the ad-project entitled “Prospective multicentre study to assess the diagnostic accuracy of the Truenat MTB and RIF assays in intended settings of use-Phase II”. The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis for a period of Nine (09) months which may be extended subject to satisfactory performance of the candidates. 1. DATA ENTRY OPERATOR- GRADE B
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OBC)
Educational Qualification: Intermediate or 12th Pass in Science stream from recognized Board with DOEACC ‘A’ level from a recognized Institute and/or 02 years experience in EDP work in government Autonomous, PSU or any other recognized organization.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,520/- per month.
2. PROJECT TECHNICIAN III (FIELD WORKER)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass in Science subjects and two years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or PMW or related subject or one year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization or two years field/ laboratory experience in a Govt. recognized organisation.
Note: B.Sc degree shall be treated as 03 years experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,520/- per month.
3. PROJECT TECHNICIAN III (LABORATORY TECHNICIAN)
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-02,OBC-01,SC-01)
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass in Science subjects and two years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or one year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization or two years laboratory experience in Govt. recognized organisation.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,520/- per month.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
