Department of Telecommunications Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility

(i) For consultant in AD Level: Holding or above equivalent post in CDA scale or equivalent IDA scale with minimum 8th level grade of 7th CPC from Central/State Govt./Central or State PSUs/Research Institute. Computer working knowledge is a must. Preference will be given to applicants from DoT/BSNL/MTNL backgrounds.

(ii) For consultant in JTO Level: Holding equivalent post or above from Central/State Govt./Central or State PSU/Research Institute in CDA scale or equivalent IDA scale with minimum 7th level grade of 7th CPC. Computer working knowledge is a must. Preference will be given to applicants from DoT/BSNL/MTNL backgrounds.
