1. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (OBC-03, SC-02)
Educational Qualification: intermediate (10+2) and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
Preferential qualification: One year experience in RNTCP or Sputum smear microscopy & Candidates with Higher qualification (for example Graduates) shall be preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years to 65 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16,860/- per month.
2. SENIOR TUBERCULOSIS LABORATORY SUPERVISOR
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (OBC-01, SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate.
Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology or equivalent.
Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler, Certificate course in computer operations (minimum two months).
Preferential Qualification: Minimum one year experience in RNTCP.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years to 40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,720/- per month.
3. COUNSELOR (BLOOD BANK)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Master’s / Post Graduate degree in psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/Anthropology/ human Development from any institution recognized by Central or State Government
Desirable: One year experience in blood banking counseling in any licensed Blood Bank or other medical counseling after obtaining essential qualification.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,220/- per month.
4. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (NUHM)
No. of Vacancies: 11 Nos. (UR-07, SC-02, ST-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary passed (10+2) with physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics AND Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the West Bengal State Medical Faculty / AICTE.
Knowledge in Computer, MS Office, lnternet is required and should be permanent resident of West Bengal.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9,380/- per month.
5. TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR (BLOOD BANK)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry, mathematics with biological science before obtaining any degree or diploma. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/ Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT)/ Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT)/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (PGDMLT)
Candidates must have working Knowledge of Computers.
Desirable: One year post qualification experience in blood component separation units of candidates having M. Sc in M LT/PGDM LVBMLT/DM LTIDLT. OR
Six months post qualification experience in blood testing and preparation of blood components (in Licensed Blood Bank) in case of M.Sc. in M LTIPG DM LTIBM LT candidates OR
One year post qualification experience in blood testing and preparation of blood components (in Licensed Blood Bank) in case of candidates with DMLT/DLT.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9, 380/- per month.
6. COUNSELOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree / diploma in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology/ Human Development / Nursing with minimum one year experience after PG degree / diploma of working in field of counseling in health sector, preferably in HIV/AIDS or graduation in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology/ Human Development / Nursing, with minimum 3 years experience after graduation of working in field of counseling in health sector with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
In case of those recruited from the community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, the experience will be relaxed to a minimum of one year of experience in the field of HIV/AIDS.
Candidates must have working knowledge of computers.

7. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (ICTC)
No. of Vacancies: 12 Nos. (UR-06, OBC-02, SC-03, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.SC) with minimum one year experience after graduation or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with minimum 2 years experience after diploma.
The services of existing LTs who do not hold a DMLT may be continued if they have done a Certificate Course in Medical Laboratory Technology and have more than 5 years experience of working in the ICTC/ PPTCI /ART centre run under the National AIDS Control.
Candidates must have working knowledge of computers.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,000/- per month.
8. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Passed HS (10+2) Examination or its equivalent with physics, Chemistry and Biology before obtaining Diploma or Degree. Diploma in Laboratory Technology (DMLT) / Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT).
Experience: Six months post qualification experience in Blood testing having Degree / Post
Graduate Degree / Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc in MLT / PGDMLT/ BMLT) or One year post qualification experience in Blood testing having Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16,860/- per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Qualifying examinations, Viva-Voce and Computer Proficiency.
