Educational Qualification: Should be Madhyamik appeared or equivalent. Women candidates who are Madhyamik pass or possess the higher qualification only marks obtained in Madhyamik or equivalent examination will be considered.
Preference to be given to Grade-l & Grade-ll SHG members/trained Dais/ Link Workers. The candidate should be a married, divorced, or widowed woman and must be a resident of the same village for which she will be selected.
Age Limit: 30- 40yrs as on 01/10/2021. In case of SC and ST candidates, the lower age limit is relaxed to 22 years.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be on basis of Educational Qualification and interviews.
Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available on the official website of District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Malda — www.malda.gov.in
