Office of the District Judge Hoogly, English Department, is inviting application for inviting application for 47 posts of English Stenographer, Lower Division Clerk, Process Server and Peon. DISTRICT JUDGE HOOGLY INVITES APPLICATION FOR 47 POSTS OF STENOGRAPHER, LDC, PROCESS SERVER AND PEON. LAST DATE —30/06/2015

 

1. English Stenographer: 3 posts. [UR—1; OBC A(EC)—1; ST(EC)—1]
Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent and certificate in computer training. Candidates shall possess minimum typing speed @ 30 words per minute in English for 10 minutes and Shorthand @ 80 words per minute
Pay Scale: Rs.7100—37600 and Grade Pay: Rs.3900/-

 

2. Lower Division Clerk: 10 posts [UR—7; OBC-A(EC)—1; SC(EC)-1; SC(Ex-Serv.)—1]
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent and certificate in Computer training with satisfactory fingering speed in computer operation.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-

 

3. Process Server: 10 posts [UR—6; OBC A—1; SC(EC)—1; SC(Ex-Serv.)—1; ST—1]
Qualification: Class VIII pass from a recognized board.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2300/-

 

4. Peon: 24 posts [UR—21; OBC A (Ex-Serv.)—1; SC (Ex-Serv.)—1; ST—1]
Qualification: Class VIII pass from a recognized board.
Pay Scale: Rs.4900—16200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1700/-
Age Limit: 18yrs to 40yrs as on 01-01-2015. Upper age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and 10 years for PWD candidates. Relaxation for Ex-servicemen will be as per govt. norms.

Application Fee: Rs.300 (Rs.250 for SC/ST/PWD) for the post of Stenographer & LDC and Rs.250 (Rs.200 for SC/ST/PWD) for the post of Process Server and Peon.

Fee is to be paid through State Bank of India by means of fee challan given with Advt. See officially released advertisement for more details.

Reservation of posts and age/fee relaxation is applicable for SC/ST, OBC candidates of West Bengal only. SC/ST, OBC candidates of other States will be treated as General candidates.
