Educational Qualification:
i) Must have passed SSC or any other recognised examination equivalent to SSC.
ii) Must possess Heavy Motor Vehicle License which must have been valid for a minimum period of two years.
Note: Candidates who possess higher qualification will also be considered.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years (32 years for Home Guard) as on 01/07/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 21230 – 63010/-

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/BC category. Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 167.6 cms (164 cms for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 81.3 cms (78.8 cms for ST); Chest (expanded) — 86.3 cms (83.80 cms for ST)
For candidates belonging Aboriginal Tribes in the Agency areas of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari and West Godavari districts the physical standards will be same as for ST candidates.
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Measurement Test and Driving Test. The Physical Measurement Test and Driving Test will be held on 12/02/2019. For details regarding Venue please see the Official Advt.
