1. CLERK
Educational Qualification: Graduation with 55% marks for Science discipline and 50% marks for other streams in regular mode.
Candidates should have obtained minimum 60% marks for SSC or equivalent exam and 60% marks for +2 or equivalent exam.
Age Limit: Maximum-24 years as on 01/06/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.11765 – Rs.31540
2. OFFICER
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in regular mode.
Candidates should have obtained minimum 60% marks for SSC or equivalent exam and 60% marks for plus 2 or equivalent exam.
Candidates should have 60% marks for graduation.
Age Limit: Maximum-26 years as on 01/06/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.23700 – Rs.42020
3. ASSISTANT COMPANY SECRETARY
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries (ACS).
Experience: Minimum ten years Post Qualification experiences in handling Regulatory & Compliance requirements of SEBI, NSE and BSE of an entity listed in NSE or BSE with at least five years valid experience, in Statutory Compliance, Secretarial Matters, Investor Relations etc OR in role of a Company Secretary.
Relevant work experience with Scheduled Commercial Banks will be an added advantage.
Desirable: Graduation / Post Graduation in legal discipline .
Age Limit: Maximum-45 years as on 01/06/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.23700 – Rs.42020
Place of Domicile
i) Clerk – Place of domicile of candidates applying for the post of Clerks shall be located in any of the stipulated states, viz. Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Punjab or Tamil Nadu.
ii) Officer – Place of domicile of candidates applying for the post of Officers shall be located in any of the stipulated states, viz. Gujarat, Goa, Haryana, Karnataka, Orissa, Punjab or Tamil Nadu.
iii) Asst. Company Secretary: Anywhere in India
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Online Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Online Aptitude Test will be held at the various centre across the country.
Examination centre for the post of Company Secretary will be at following cities – a. Bangalore, b. Cochin, c. Chennai, d. Kolkata, e. Mumbai, f. New Delhi.
