FISHERY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER AND ALLIED CADRE

No. of Vacancies: 12 Nos.

Educational Qualification: i) B.F.Sc. Degree from any recognized College/ University or D.F.Sc. or Master of Science (Fisheries) from C.I.F.E, Mimbai or any other recognized Institute.
ii) Preference will be given to those candidates having experience in serving Fishery Department under various projects related to Aquaculture and Fishery Extension.
iii) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 38 years as on 01-01-2019.

Pay Scale: Rs.30000 — Rs.110000

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC/ MOBC and 10 years for PWD category.

The vacancies are under Fishery Department, Government of Assam.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Screening/ Written Test and VivaVoice/ Interview.
