STENOGRAPHER GRADE-II
No. of Vacancies: 13 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate from a UGC recognized University.
ii) Should possess a Diploma / Certificate in Stenography / Shorthand from ITI / Polytechnic/any other institute. Candidates who are pursuing Stenography / Shorthand may also apply.
iii) Candidates must have adequate knowledge of the official language (Assamese) of the State of Assam.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-38 years as on 31/03/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.22000 – Rs.87000 and GRade Pay Rs.9700/-
STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 84 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Higher Secondary examination from any recognized Board / Council/ University.
ii) Should possess a Diploma / Certificate in Stenography / Shorthand from ITI / Polytechnic/any other institute. Candidates who are pursuing Stenography / Shorthand may also apply.
iii) Candidates must have adequate knowledge of the official language (Assamese) of the State of Assam.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-38 years as on 31/03/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.14000- Rs.49000 and Grade Pay Rs.7400/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Stenography Test and Viva-voce. Written Test will held on 29/04/2018.
