GENERAL DUTY MEDICAL OFFICER
Educational Qualification: i) Should possess Medical qualification. For more details please see the Official Advt.
ii) Registration as Medical Practitioners in the Medical Council of India or any other State Medical Council.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years (for ordinary Medical Graduates) and 40 years (for those possessing Post Graduate qualifications) as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600/- – Rs. 42000/- with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST candidates of West Bengal and 03 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal. PWD candidates will get Age relaxation up to 45 years of age. Others if any as per norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Preliminary Examination and/ or Interview.
