1. GENERAL DUTY MEDICAL OFFICER (JUNIOR GRADE)
No. of Vacancies: 34 Nos. (UR-03, Bhutia Lepcha-07, OBC-14, ST-05, SC-02, Primitive Tribe-02, Weaker Sections of the Society-01)
Educational Qualification:
i) Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized University.
ii) Should have completed rotatory internship of one year from a recognized Institute.
iii) Registered with Medical Council of India or Medical Council of any State.
Other Qualifications:
i) Should have knowledge of any of the State Languages.
ii) Should be conversant with the customs and usages of Sikkim.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 50 years as on 30/04/2019.
The vacancies are in the Sikkim State Health Service under H.C,H.S & F.W Department, Government of Sikkim. The candidates will be appointed on Temporary Regular basis through Direct Recruitment.
