Educational Qualification:
i) Graduate in any discipline.
ii) Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management from any reputed University/ Institute.
Experience:
i) 20 years’ post qualification experience.
ii) Minimum 03 years at Senior level (HR) in reputed organization.
Desirable: Degree in law, Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management with specialization in Industrial Relations/ Labour-Welfare.
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as on 01/11/2018.
Emoluments: Rs.1,93,366/- initially per month.
Only SC candidates are eligible to apply for the post.
The candidate will be appointed on Regular Basis at Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL), Corporate Office in Bengaluru.
The selected candidate will be placed on Probation for a period of One year with a Basic Pay of Rs.1,77,400/- per month.
