1. RADIOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR-02, ST-01, SC-01, SEBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Must have passed +2 Science examination from recognized Board/ Council and passed Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology from any recognized College/ Institution and registered their name in the Radiographers Council in the state and have possessed valid registration certificate.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years as on 13/05/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-

 

2. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
No. of Vacancies: 26 Nos. (UR-13, ST-06, SC-04, SEBC-03)
Educational Qualification: Must have passed +2 Science examination from recognized Board/ Council and passed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from recognized College/ Institution and registered their name in the Laboratory Technician Council in the state and have possessed valid registration certificate.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years as on 13/05/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-

 

3. STAFF NURSE
No. of Vacancies: 107 Nos. (UR-54, ST-24, SC-17, SEBC-12)
Educational Qualification: Must have passed +2 Science examination from recognized Board/ Council and passed Diploma in General Nursing and Midwife Course from recognized College/ Institution and registered their name in the Nursing Council in the state and have possessed valid registration certificate.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years as on 13/05/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2800/-

 

4. PHARMACIST
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-02, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Must have passed +2 Science examination from recognized Board/ Council and passed Diploma in Pharmacy Course from recognized College/ Institution and registered their name in the Pharmacy Council in the state and have possessed valid registration certificate.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years as on 13/05/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-

 

For all the above posts, candidates must have knowledge in Odia and should have studied Odia as a subject.

The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
