Eligibility Criteria
For Chairman:
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in a science discipline related to the environment, or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in an environment-related field.
- A Doctorate in Environmental Management or similar discipline is preferred.
- Experience:
- 10 years of practical experience in environmental protection, industrial pollution control, water treatment, or air pollution mitigation.
- 20 years of service, including relevant experience, is required.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 62 years as of the application deadline.
For Member Secretary:
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Environmental Science or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a specialization in the environment.
- Experience:
- 12 years in Group ‘A’ posts, not below the Level-10 pay scale.
- Practical expertise in pollution control, scientific management, or administrative roles is essential.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years.
- Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of Konkani and Marathi.
- Residency of at least 15 years in Goa.

Incomplete or late applications will not be considered, and those who applied to earlier related advertisements in 2024 need not reapply.
